Heide Felton, Co-founder and VP for Mentor Development

Co-Founder Ms. Felton co-founded the Mary M. Gates Guild, which has raised millions of dollars for Children’s Hospital in Seattle. She has helped numerous non-profit start-ups. She worked in the computer industry first in Europe then Seattle, Washington. She is the mother of two boys.

Melissa Lloyd, Co-founder and President

Ms. Lloyd’s background includes over 15 years of building brands in the consumer products industry. She led brand turnarounds and brand launches at leading consumer products companies such as Procter and Gamble, James River (Dixie Cups), Mattel Toys, Topps and Silicon Valley start up HotLinks. She is a mother of three children.

Libby Miller, Co-founder and VP for Student Development

Ms. Miller has been instrumental in raising money for a wide array of organizations in Washington state. She discovered her passion for philanthropy as a young child. She founded the Sasha Kolde Children’s Guild, a student-led organization devoted to helping other youths, and thus fostering student’s passion for philanthropy. She believes our future depends on how we educate our kids to look after each other with compassion. Libby is the mother of two children.
